Note: When reporting sensitive details such as vulnerability specifics, Proof of Concept (PoC) code, credentials, keys, or customer information, we strongly recommend using encrypted communication. 
 

Recommended Information to Provide

To help us quickly verify vulnerabilities and assess risks, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Reporter or organization name
  • Contact information
  • Product name and model 
  • Software or firmware version 
  • Description of the affected environment
  • Technical description of the vulnerability 
  • Steps to reproduce 
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) 
  • Attack conditions and prerequisites 
  • Expected impact and risk assessment 
  • Relevant screenshots, logs, or packet captures
