Dividend Policy
TSC is currently in a growth stage of its life cycle, and in order to cater to future capital requirements and business prospects, all shareholder dividends are to be proposed by the board of directors as part of an earnings appropriation plan, and resolved in a shareholder meeting. In principle, the percentage of earnings to be distributed according to the resolution may not be lower than 10% of the distributable earnings for the year. Dividends may be issued in cash or shares. The percentage of dividends distributed in cash may not be lower than 10% of the total dividends. However, stock dividends will be issued in lieu of cash dividends below NT$0.2 per share.
