Social Responsibility Policy

TSC AUTO ID Technology (hereinafter referred to as our company) strictly adheres to the social responsibility requirements of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and all applicable local regulations to establish a comprehensive social responsibility management system, and continues to practice, review, and improve it.

Our company commits to all employees and stakeholders:

  1. Respect Human Rights and Care for Employees:
    Prohibit child labor and forced labor, eliminate bullying, and any form of workplace violence; prohibit any form of discrimination, harassment, and differential treatment; implement humane treatment, respect employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights, and implement human rights management.
  2. Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection:
    Adhere to the promotion of occupational safety and health management systems, and commit to providing a workplace that complies with international standards and local regulatory requirements for safety, health, and environmental protection.
  3. Adherence to Business Ethics:
    Uphold integrity in operations, eliminate conflicts of interest, explicitly prohibit unreasonable gifts, treats, or other undue advantages, as well as any form of corruption, fraud, and bribery; respect and protect the privacy and intellectual property rights of the company and others.
  4. Supply Chain Management:
    Adopt responsible procurement, strictly prohibit the use of conflict minerals, and actively leverage supply chain influence to collectively create social and environmentally sustainable value.
  5. Communication:
    Conduct relevant training and ensure effective dissemination of policies to stakeholders; provide diverse internal and external communication channels for timely and effective communication to strengthen our business sustainable operations.
