These channels help us understand the concerns of stakeholders, their reasonable needs and expectations, and give feedback in a timely manner. This has an important reference for our corporate social responsibility policies and plans, so that the company can continue to invest in corporate governance, customer relations, and employees care, environmental protection, social participation and other fields.
